3. Private Prescription Clinic

- Consultations may be conducted by phone, video call or in person.
- A qualified prescriber will assess the information provided.
- Prescription is not guaranteed and is only issued if clinically appropriate.
- We reserve the right to decline treatment or refer you to your GP or another healthcare service.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be aged 16 years or over (unless otherwise stated). Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied with someone older, for example parents or family members.
- Be resident in the UK
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of service.
5. Medical Information & Safety
You agree that:
- You will provide accurate medical history and medication details
- You understand that some consultations have limitations so the prescriber may have to signpost you to your GP or A&E
- You will seek urgent medical help (via NHS 111 or 999) if your condition worsens or is an emergency
Our services do not replace your GP.
6. Prescriptions & Medicines
- Prescriptions are issued at the prescriber’s discretion
- Medicines are supplied in accordance with UK medicines legislation
- Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or supplied in error
7. Fees & Payments
- Consultations are free for the private prescription clinic. Fees for the medication (if applicable) will be clearly stated before payment
- Any medication supplied is non-refundable
- Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers
8. Delivery
- We offer UK-wide delivery for our private prescription clinic, and a free delivery service for NHS prescriptions in Preston and Bolton
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services
- Risk passes to you once the medication has been delivered
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel a consultation before it begins.
- No refunds after a medication has been prescribed and sent to you
10. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Submit false or fraudulent information
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.
